Consent & Agreement(Required)

Lesson & Custom Sculpture Limitations
Dan Castles limits each scheduled lesson time slot to a maximum party of 7 participants. Custom sculptures contracted for the day will be completed as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Liability for Personal Property
Dan Castles is not liable or responsible for any lost or damaged property due to natural elements such as water, wind, or sand while at the beach. Please safeguard your belongings accordingly.

Supervision of Children
Dan Castles does not provide supervision for young children during lessons or while custom sculptures are being created. Lessons are primarily designed for children aged 6 and older unless specified as part of our smash class program. Parents are strongly encouraged to engage with their children and the instructor during the lesson to learn proper techniques and bring the experience home for continued family fun.

Sun Protection & Personal Preparedness
Dan Castles is not responsible for any sun-related issues. Please arrive prepared with appropriate sunscreen, hats, and any necessary protective gear for your comfort and safety.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled lesson or custom sculpture booking for a full refund.
If a lesson or custom sculpture session is canceled due to weather, you will receive a full refund if payment was made in advance. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
Dan Castles reserves the right to cancel any scheduled lesson or custom sculpture booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

By booking a lesson or custom sculpture, you agree to receive email updates regarding future Dancastles or Create A Castle news, promotions, and special offers. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

Create A Castle Kit Requirement
All Create A Castle lessons require the use of a Create A Castle kit. Pricing varies based on the number of kits selected. Custom sculpture pricing is determined at the time of booking based on the project’s scope and complexity.
