We understand that vacation plans can shift like the tide! Because we reserve your specific time slot and prepare custom materials for every build, we have established the following policy:

Life Happens (Full Refund): Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled build time are eligible for a full refund or a direct reschedule to another available slot.

The "Sand in the Gears" Window: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your build will receive a 50% refund or a one-time credit to reschedule for a future date.

Last Minute & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable, as our team has already begun preparing your site and gear.

Weather Cancellations: If we have to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions (lightning, high winds, or torrential rain) and cannot find a reschedule time that works for you, a full refund will be issued—no questions asked.

Add-on Adjustments: You may remove or change add-ons like the 10x10 Tent or Pro Photo Pack up to 24 hours before your build at no extra charge.

At Dan Castles, we play in the sand, but we can't control the sky! To ensure you have the best experience possible, we have established the following guidelines:

Safety First: We will continue building through light rain or typical coastal breezes. However, in the event of lightning, high-wind advisories, or torrential downpours that compromise the structural integrity of your castle, we reserve the right to pause or reschedule.

Rescheduling: If a washout is predicted 24 hours in advance, we will work with you to find a new time slot during your visit.

Add-on Protection: If you purchased a 10x10 Shade Tent, it provides excellent cover for light rain, allowing the magic to continue even if the sun takes a break.

Media Guarantee: For Pro Photo and Timelapse add-ons, if the weather prevents us from capturing high-quality content, you will receive a full refund for that specific service.

Cancellations: If we are forced to cancel due to severe weather (Named Storms/Hurricanes) and cannot reschedule, a full refund or credit for a future build will be issued.
